Ten Years Old

I still find it hard to believe my oldest is now ten years old!  I mean there's just something about that number that made it a little harder than normal birthday on his mother!  I love watching my kids grow up, but at the same time I sometimes wish to freeze time.  As much as these days are really crazy with lots of little ones, we are all together, every single day, and I love it that way. (well, at least most moments, believe me I have plenty of moments that I need a break from all those littles!)  Anyways, I'm trusting the Lord will give grace for each stage from the littles to now a kiddo in double digits!
So, Josiah is a serious book worm.  He read almost 100 books in a little over six weeks for the library challenge this summer.  Now about twenty of those were short books he read to his younger siblings, but still, the kid loves to read!  These old books that Tj has found second hand different places are some of his favorites.  He's read them over and over and so I thought it would be fun to include them in his photo shoot.
Looking back over these pictures I'm thinking he looks too grown up and serious in all of them.  I mean he still is a fun, silly boy and I should have gotten some of those pictures too.  But for the time he was all business.  Well, except for the time he was wanting to stand on top of one of the walls for pictures, but mom vetoed that.  He's probably thinking let's just get this over with. :)

Friday Favorite

My children love bubbles and I find them fun to take pictures of.  :)

Friday Favorites

My sweet kiddos on July 4th.  These two pictures were taken basically right after each other and I find it funny that you can see the girlie on the far right dancing around.  That is so her!  She doesn't stay still for very long.

Three Months

This little sweetheart smiles, laughs, coos and melts our hearts.  We are so in love with her!
